My Approach
My approach blends clinical ethics, mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Authentic Leadership principles, and a toy chest of interactive exercises to help you lose your mind and come to your senses.
Much of my approach comes from over twenty years of training and experience in positively impacting interpersonal relationships. But the real catalyst was applying everything I’d learned: I transformed my relationships with my now-wife and my mother—both of whom had mistreated me and, without realizing it, had gaslighted me in ways that left me doubting my own reality. Well, the light went on. Both of these humans treat me with respect and sensitivity now. My wife Heather, who's become a certified reiki master, even coaches with me. I'm grateful—and I'm relieved. (I find the two emotions often go hand in hand.)
I had to share this psychological miracle with others.
The method is backed by neuroscience, and steeped in the ancient principles of consciousness. At its core is a simple yet powerful truth: when you see yourself fully, and you feel fully seen, everything changes. You turn your relationship into a space where love is safe to grow, evolve, and surprise you.
